Shipping

Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays — orders placed on Friday begin processing the following Monday. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is FREE on every US order. Delivery typically takes 6–12 days from the ship date. Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

To keep our prices where they are, orders ship directly from our manufacturing partner's fulfillment center — same device, no middleman markup.

Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipping, contact us at contact@glowupcup.com — we'll track it down, and if it's lost, we'll replace it or refund you. Your order arriving is our responsibility, not yours.

Address Changes
Need to fix a shipping address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
