✨ Where are you based?
Glow Up Cup is a US-based brand, run from New York. To keep the price where it is, orders ship directly from our manufacturing partner's fulfillment center — same device, no middleman markup.

✨ How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping is FREE on every order. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing — orders placed on Friday begin processing Monday (excluding holidays). Delivery typically takes 6–12 days from ship date.

✨ Which days do you ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays.

✨ How do I track my order?
Upon order completion, you'll receive an email confirming your order. You'll also receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order ships.
